Oracle –
The world’s premier relational database management system. Many of the information systems I describe in my books have Oracle at the root of the RDBMS design. One of the axioms for writing is to work on what you know. I know oracle, DB@, Sybase and SQL (%$#@!) Server. I have worked on information management systems for over 20 years, and if I were a bad guy or a good guy and I required a database to backup my application, Oracle would be my choice.

Oscar II –
The best way to describe this attack submarine is to call it a Nimitz killer. Its mission is to come to launch depth, target an American aircraft carrier and launch a fusillade of SS-N-19 Shipwreck missile mounting either 750 HE kg or 500 kiloton warheads. Of course, life expectancy for a hostile submarine that comes to launch depth in a combat zone is best measured in minutes (not my first choice for a job). The Kursk, pennant number K-141, was this class of attack submarine.
