This is a fictional device I created to place special emphasis on covert and clandestine missions elected officials would rather not know about. These files are under a tight security seal and exempt from Freedom of Information Act requests.

QW-1 -
The QW-1 (Qian Wei = Advance Guard) is China's second-generation shoulder-fired air defence missile. Compared with the HN-5, the QW-1 was developed in the early 1990s. The QW-1 surpasses the U.S. 'Stinger' missile in maximum effective range, target seeker tracking capability, warhead power and other indicators. If a shoulder fired SAM did bring down TWA Flight 800 it was probably this missile (but then I am getting ahead of myself in The Terror Wars Serieas).
