Zero Point Energy

[Douglas De Bono / DouglasDeBono.Com] Recently I was introduced to the book The Hunt for Zero Point by Nick Cook. The cover is a combination of a saucer and a man in a pressure suit. Okay, lest you think I am about to embark on a tale of little green men and fly saucers, let me set the record straight. I think little green men and space invaders make for terrific fiction such as War of the Worlds, Independence Day, Aliens and so forth. Do I believe we have been visited by aliens, or that E.T. is watching us? In a word: No.

I preface this, because Nick Cook’s book challenges your perceptions of the scientific world. By the way, Nick Cook is the aviation Editor for Jane’s defense Weekly, so he knows a thing or two about aviation.

Here’s a couple of tidbits:

  • 1. Conventional wisdom suggests that the SR-71 Blackbirds were retired because the United States had a viable alternative. Many believe that alternative is something called Aurora and her propulsion system is based on a ramjet technology, enabling her to achieve speeds in excess of Mach 6. Maybe that’s what we are supposed to believe.
  • 2. The B-2 bomber is basically a flying wing. Predecessor airframes like the YB-49 were basically unstable. The B-2 is an amazing aircraft capable of flying anywhere in the world. It is part of the 509th Bomb Wing based at Whiteman AFB is Missouri. Some people suggest the published thrust to weight ratio for the aircraft are insufficient manage a full bomb load. Yet the B-2 is battle tested. Of course, the engines might just be for show.
  • 3. During World War II, several witness on both sides of the conflict reported a phenomena known as Foo Fighters. These were “odd things” that flew in formation and played tag with bomber formations. Most observers assumed they were under intelligent control and represented an unknown German weapon system. These unexplained, transparent, metallic and glowing balls have been relegated to UFO folklore. Most of us dismiss the idea and rest of you are out hunting for Martians.
  • Before we go much further, I’ll give a list of terms you can plug into Google or your favorite search engine:

  • Townsend Brown Foundation
  • Zero Point Energy
  • Anti Gravity Superconductor
  • Tesla Tunguska
  • Motionless Magnetic Generator
  • I am sure you can come up with other search terms, but that should give you a starting point.

The Hunt for Zero Point is both a scientific mystery and a glimpse into the world of black projects. Suppose someone along the way figured out how to negate or manipulate gravity. The effect would be to render everything we know about aviation obsolete. Take idea a bit further, and you have weapon and technology potentials that leaves everything and everyone way behind the power curve.

    Take my 3 examples:

  • 1. Assume the Aurora does exist (it is the only rational explanation for retiring a perfectly good fleet f spy planes). Perhaps, the ram jet technology was abandoned for something far superior—some sort of gravitational drive. Negate gravity and you have craft that can perform high speed maneuvers that would rip the wings off a conventional aircraft.
  • 2. There is a rumor (speculation, a golly gee-wiz guess—take your pick) that the engines on the B-2 are just for show. Once airborne the plane switches on some weight reduction (anti-gravity) system and proceeds to target.
  • 3. The Foo Fighters or Kraut Fireballs may have been early experiments to use unmanned objects as crude weapon system to known down Allied bombers. There seems to be ample evidence that the Germans were up to something.
  • After reading Nick Cook’s book and investigating other sources, there is enough here to get me thinking out of the box. It is is a fascinating journey.
