Field Tests
As many of you know, I am an avid shooter. Part of my annual tax day ritual is to affirm my Second Amendment rights (sometimes called Ballistic Therapy or my 9mm Conference Call). Once again I am appalled at the size of the check I must write. Turbo Tax congratulates me on my success, before it informs me that I fall into the IRS sweet spot for audits.
The gun safe arsenal has two additions:
Both of these guns are nail drivers. For those of you of the non-shooter ilk, this means the guns shoots where you aim and eventually the center of the target vanishes.
The .45 GAP is a new caliber, not to be confused with the venerable .45 ACP that served American forces for most of the 20th century. This round is accurate and controllable. The gun accommodates shooters with smaller hands and delivers down range ballistic performance comparable to the .45 ACP.
The .17 Mach 2 is just plain fun. There is no recoil. It is accurate out to 100 yards, and if you can believe the gun magazines—150 yards.
Neither gun costs a fortune, and they are great introductory weapons for shooters of all ages.
